• Guests will be required to pay for insurance cover and collision damage waiver when receiving the vehicle and for any fuel used during their holiday.
• Drivers must be over 21 and normally under 80 years of age.
• Drivers must have at least 12 months driving experience.
• Drivers must be in possession of a current driving licence and not had any serious driving convictions during the past 5 years.
• We would strongly advise guests to insure against cancellation, travel, luggage, personal accident and holiday risks etc.
• A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is required to confirm your reservation.
• All bedrooms are non-smoking.
• Payment in full is due 3 weeks before arrival.
• The management reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:
• 14 - 21 days before arrival date - 60%
• 7 - 13 days before arrival date - 70%
• 1 - 6 days before arrival date - 100%
