Booking Conditions

• A Class A car (Ford Fiesta or similar) is offered for the duration of your stay at the Sunnydene Hotel for 4 nights or more on a 24 hour basis from time of collection
• (1 car per room)
• Guests will be required to pay for insurance cover and collision damage waver when receiving the vehicle and for any fuel used during their holiday.
• Drivers must be over 21 and normally under 80 years of age.
• Drivers must have at least 12 months driving experience.
• Drivers must be in possession of a current driving licence and not had any serious
  driving convictions during the past 5 years.
• Alternatively a discount of 10% will be offered for guests staying four or more nights.
• We would strongly advise guests to insure against cancellation, travel, luggage, personal accident and holiday risks etc.
• A deposit of £5 per person per day (min of £25) non-refundable against cancellation to confirm your reservation.
• All bedrooms are non-smoking.
• Payment in full is due 3 weeks before arrival.
  The management reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:
• 3 weeks before arrival date 70%
• 2 days before arrival date 100%
